On Tuesday, 8 September 2020 the DineTours kick-off meeting took place with the participation of Dr Achilleas Achilleos (project coordinator). Dr Andreas Konstantinides (project advisor), Dr Christos Markides (researcher), Mr Panagiotis Philipou (research associate), Mr Michalis Hadjidemetriou, and Mr Christoforos Kronis (project development). During the meeting the following issues were discussed:

• Define procedures, meetings, and responsibilities of staff members
• Present a demo of the existing DineTours prototype and discuss the 
• Discuss first tasks, deliverables and technical work – assign to members with deadlines for delivery
• Identify challenges, risks and discuss pending issues  
• Establish an action plan for the next steps
