PaaSage: Model Based Cloud Platform Upperware

PaaSage is a development and deployment platform, with an accompanying methodology and language, with which developers of enterprise systems can access services of cloud platforms in a technology neutral approach that abstracts the technical details while guiding them to configure their applications for best performance. Thanks to PaaSage, application developers and operators may easily develop and deploy applications on multiple Cloud infrastructures (like Windows Azure, Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud, Flexiant Flexiscale, Eucalyptus, OpenNebula and others), taking advantage of flexibility, adaptivity and scalability, without the burden of caring about different infrastructure requirements and APIs. The PaaSage platform is the main result of the EC FP7 PaaSage project.
