What is it

Welcome to the MOOC - Massive Open Online Course section!

In this section you can start learning in a completely autonomous and flexible way.

The following training has been developed according to a detailed and structured methodological approach and is an example of training that integrates European standards with local needs, the result of an international collaborative process and careful listening to the specific needs of teachers in the field of digital health literacy at school.

The MOOC is divided into 5 modules of 8 hours each. Each section is dedicated to a specific topic, in particular the first module has an introductory function whose main objective is to provide teachers with the necessary skills to map concepts and understand key definitions in the field of health literacy, health promotion and well-being in schools. The structure of the subsequent modules is based on the 5 competencies identified in the Digital Health@School Framework.

In each module, about 6.5 hours are dedicated to theoretical exploration of specific topics (through official documents, videos, slides and background materials), while 1.5 hours are dedicated to pilot activities with students (practical activities to be carried out in the classroom, exercises, creation of learning content, etc.).

Each session ends with a true/false quiz (to be completed in less than 30 minutes) to assess the student's knowledge.
