Accessibility Statement for INVESTech Web Portal
INVESTech is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. This web portal partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Known limitations and alternatives
Despite our efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations:
- PDF documents: Some older PDFs in our resource library may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these or provide accessible alternatives on request.
- Third-party embedded content: Videos and maps embedded from third-party services may not meet all WCAG 2.1 AA requirements. We encourage users to use those providers' native accessibility features.
- User-generated content: Content submitted by users (forum posts, event descriptions) may not always meet accessibility standards. We encourage contributors to follow accessibility best practices.
